Diabetes Open Day

Do you or someone you know have diabetes?

The Diabetes Modernisation Initiative, a working partnership with Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation, NHS Lambeth, NHS Southwark, King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, want to hear your experiences of local diabetes care and what they can do better.

Go along and find out more about living with diabetes, the latest changes to local diabetes care, the new Diabetes Modernisation Initiative Programme.
