All Lambeth residents are invited to the meeting at St Mary's Parish Hall, 1 St. Alphonsus Road off Clapham Park Road, London, SW4 7AS. 6pm to 8pm
Caroline Hewitt, Chair of NHS Lambeth and George Marshman, Divisional Director, Adult Social Care, Lambeth Council will be amongst those speaking at the meeting.
Residents will have a chance to say what they think about how, where and when they would like to receive their healthcare. So come along and make your voice heard.
