The East Wing has been a feature of the Westminster skyline since the 1960's. But it now needs repair and modernisation. The project is part of their 2020 vision of creating the best possible environment for patients, visitors and staff. New energy efficient cladding and replacement windows will improve the patient experience, significantly reduce the carbon footprint and cut costs.
An exhibition of the six shortlisted designs will be display during August at various venues on both hospital sites and in the community. Hospital staff will be on hand to answer questions and there will be a feedback form.
