The discussion event has been organised to help Lambeth develop plans to improve health in the borough over the next five years.
NHS Lambeth are seeking residents that have experience in the following priority areas; serious mental illness, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, childhood obesity, smoking and sexual health/HIV
The small group discussions will take place on Wednesday, December 2, 5.30pm to 7.30pm. They will cover any travel and carer expenses and will pay £20 for the views and time given by anyone that attends - just get in touch with Keri or Catherine at Lambeth Patient and Public Involvement to find out more and book your place.
